Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Central Standard Time here in Wisconsin). The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day! We do not make our employees work on weekends or holidays, sometimes the boss does though.
- You pay actual shipping rate for your area.
- Free priority mail shipping for orders over $75!
- You can always pay for expedited shipping if your order doesn't qualify for the free upgrade.
- We offer tracking and insurance on all orders. Orders are then turned over to the shipping company for delivery. We are not responsible for thefts from your porch, or packages that the shipper provides us with proof of delivery. It is your responsibility to make sure deliveries are secure. Before contacting us with a missing package please check with others in your household, neighbors and your local delivery person for more information, 99% of the time that rectifies the situation.
Since customized products cannot be re-sold they are not eligible to return or refund, however, if you are not happy with your purchase contact us for a resolution, we will be fair and honest and expect the same from you.
Non customized products in resellable condition can be returned at the customer’s expense within 7 days of delivery. We will refund your purchase price minus the original shipping cost after the unit has been inspected and determined to be in resellable condition.
