Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Central Standard Time here in Wisconsin). The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day!
Shipping
- Shipping is calculated as a flat rate based on order total;
$1-$50 = $3.95
$51-$99 = $7.95
Over $99 = Free Expedited Shipping!
- We offer tracking and insurance on all orders. Orders are then turned over to the shipping company for delivery. We are not responsible for thefts from your porch, or packages that the shipper provides us with proof of delivery. It is your responsibility to make sure deliveries are secure. Before contacting us with a missing package please check with others in your household, neighbors and your local delivery person for more information, 99% of the time that rectifies the situation.
Returns
Since customized products cannot be re-sold they are not eligible to return or refund, however, if you are not happy with your purchase contact us for a resolution, we will be fair and honest and expect the same from you. Non customized products in resalable condition can be returned at the customer’s expense within 7 days of delivery. We will refund your purchase price minus the original shipping cost after the unit has been inspected and determined to be in resalable condition.
